Driving school with heart, quality and soul! A1 Driving School in Sortland is truly in a class of its own. Here you will meet a team that truly cares about each individual student, and it shows in everything they do. They are not only skilled and professional, but also warm, patient and incredibly adaptable. After trying several driving schools in both Østfold, Oslo and Drammen, it was only here at A1 Driving School in Sortland that I truly felt seen, understood and cared for. I have also been incredibly lucky with my driving instructor, Oddgeir - one of the most experienced, wise and supportive people I have met. He is patient, understanding and wise - he made a big difference for me and I could not have asked for a better guide on the road to my driver's license. I have had unforeseen and unfortunate (through my own personal fault) circumstances that several times prevented me from completing the training as planned. Nevertheless, I was met with understanding, patience, flexibility and support every single time. They never gave up on me, and that meant everything. They found solutions, supported me and adapted to my needs – something for which I am eternally grateful. The teaching at A1 is academically strong and well-adapted to the individual needs of the students. They even took the time to adapt my theory lessons with reflection and summarization so that I could catch my flight – a significant testament to how much they care. Here you get a team of incredibly skilled and academically strong teachers - and they really care about their students. The teachers are encouraging, honest and warm and they are genuinely interested in helping you succeed – not just on the test, but in life as a driver. They motivate you when you have doubts, and they have the ability to make you believe in yourself again. Thank you so much for all the support, patience and knowledge you share with us. I recommend A1 Trafikkskole in Sortland. The teaching is first-class, both in theory and driving. The classroom is well equipped with modern technology, and the cars are good and modern. All the school teachers are professionals, but I was lucky with my teacher Geir. He is very skilled, nice, calm, patient, has a sense of humor, explains things well and is very responsible for the results. Listen to your teacher, and everything will go well.
