The attitude is professional, well organized and supportive. The trainers, especially my trainer Anne, were well experienced and fluent with their job. The administration is master of her work, honest and so well with the schedules. I am really happy with the service they provided. Highly recommended.

The staff were very good, but one day I had to call the school to let them know that I had changed the start date. I should have talked to them first, but I didn't, and the staff member I spoke to on the phone answered me quite sarcastically. I found that she made fun of me and laughed at me on the phone, which I found unpleasant. I also found that she just hung up the phone when I asked if she could repeat what she said.
